Gondola Accident in Cavalese, Italy

On the afternoon of February 3, 1998, a United States fighter jet flew through the ski resort at Cavalese, Italy, and cut the cables carrying a gondola full of skiers. The gondola plummeted 350 feet, killing all the occupants.

When the families of the two Polish victims and seven German victims needed help, they turned to the Law Firm of John Arthur Eaves. Attorneys at the Firm worked day and night to prosecute their case and seek restitution for the families of this terrible tragedy.
